Handcuff Instructor Course

 

Date: February 18th, 2012

Time: 9am - 3pm

Fee: $100 (must register 1 week prior to course date)

Location: Force Tactical Simi Valley

 

This 6-hour course is designed teach instructor candidiates how to teach students to properly handcuff a suspect in an arrest situation. Instructor candidates will learn handcuff nomenclature and proper procedure in handcuffing (standing, kneeling & prone position), weapon searching and must demonstrate the required handcuffing and searching techniques to successfully pass the course.

 

Must bring two (2) pairs of handuffs with keys and holsters. No firearms, impact weapons or live ammunition will be allowed in the class. This is not a beginner course. Candidates must have previous handcuffing experience through security, military or law enforcement training.

 

A certificate of completion will be issued upon completion of the course.
