DOUBLE TAP TRAINING CENTER

Established in 2008, Double Tap Training Center is now one of the premier training facilities on the west coast.  We are a professional public safety and firearms training facility offering training courses from beginner to instructor level certifications to civilians, security, military and law enforcement professionals. We currently host courses at the following locations: Granada Hills, Lake View Terrace, Simi Valley, Bakersfield, California; Phoenix, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada, St. George, Utah and the state of Hawaii.

We are a licensed Security Firearms Training Facility by the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS TFF 1247) and the State of Arizona - Department of Public Safety. We provide training and certifications to assist our clients obtain Security Licenses, Firearm Permits; conduct state mandated firearm permit range qualifications and examinations; and offer job assistance. In addition to these courses, we also provide OC/Pepper Spray, Expandable Police Baton, Basic Handcuff, Executive Protection training and certification.

Our firearm safety program is recognized by the California Department of Justice to provide training and certification to Handgun Safety Certificate Instructors.

We also provide NRA certified Beginner to Instructor rating firearms training to the public in the following disciplines: Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Home Firearm Safety, Range Safety and Personal Protection courses. Tactical Firearm courses (CQB) are also offered to public safety, military, security and law enforcement personnel.
